Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
Refunds or replacements are available only if the issue is caused by a fulfillment or delivery error, such as:
- Item arrives damaged or defective
- Wrong item received
- Item missing from the order
- The order fails to arrive within the expected delivery timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery (or within the applicable delivery window if the order has not arrived) and within 90 days of the purchase date. Orders older than 90 days are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
If your order shows no tracking updates or has not arrived within:
- 45 days (U.S.)
- 60 days (international)
- 110 days (Brazil)
We will review the case and, if eligible, offer a replacement or refund.
If tracking shows the order was delivered, refunds or replacements cannot be issued unless:

You provide official non-delivery confirmation from the carrier or postal authority.
If your item arrives damaged or does not function as intended:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Provide clear photo or video evidence showing the issue
If approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
Please note: damaged packaging alone is not eligible for a refund if the product itself is intact and functional.
Returns are generally not required for damaged or defective items.
If you receive the wrong item or if something is missing:
- Provide photos of the item received, original packaging, and shipping label
- Clearly explain the issue (wrong colour, model, or missing product)
Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund.
Orders may be cancelled only before processing or shipping.
Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be cancelled.
Some made-to-order or special items may not be eligible for cancellation once purchased.
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect address provided at checkout
- Normal wear and tear
- Orders that meet delivery confirmation without carrier documentation
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically processed within 5–10 business days.
