Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once an order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods or holidays.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada & Europe: 10–20 business days

  • International: 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or local postal services.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take 3–7 business days to appear after shipment.

If tracking shows your order as “in transit,” please allow the full delivery timeframe before contacting us.

If your order has not arrived within:

  • 45 days (U.S.)

  • 60 days (International)

  • 110 days (Brazil)

Please contact us with your order number, and we will investigate the issue.

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, you may be required to provide official confirmation from the local carrier or postal authority before we can assist further.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Orders that are returned or lost due to address errors are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
